| Land Use and Urban Design Break Out Group |
 The Land Use and Urban Design Break Out Group (BOG) will focus on the update to the Master Plan, Design Guidelines, General Development Plan (GDP) and public spaces. Additional Land Use Break Out Group meetings will be scheduled in the near future.

| Transportation Elements Break Out Group |
| The Transportation Elements Break Out Group (BOG) will focus on the elements of the USNC's transportation plan, including Light Rail, Commuter Rail, Regional Bus, Mall Shuttle, Downtown Circulator and private transportation providers. Additional Transportation Break Out Group meetings will be scheduled in the near future. |
| Finance Break Out Group |
| The Finance Break Out Group (BOG) will focus on financing, including TIF, Metro District, other financing sources. The first Finance Break Out Group meeting will be held this Spring. |
| EIS Break Out Group |
| The EIS Break Out Group (BOG) will discuss issues such as the historic station, resources, air and noise, traffic, etc., similar to the BOGs held during the original EIS. The first EIS BOG meeting will likely occur in August or September 2007. |
| Construction Phasing Break Out Group |
| The Construction Phasing Break Out Group BOG will focus on construction issues (timing, schedule, etc.). The first meeting of this BOG will be held later in the year. |
