Denver Union Station gift cards are only accepted at the following Union Station-operated establishments:

• Pigtrain Coffee
• The Cooper Lounge
• Baumé
• Milkbox Ice Creamery
• Terminal Bar

These gift cards are not valid at any other businesses located within Denver Union Station, including retail shops or restaurants not operated directly by Union Station.

Members of the press are not required to follow the same guidelines listed in our standard commercial photography and videography permit form. We do require the following:

• Notification of the time and date you plan to visit. 
• Clearance is required, which is completed by Denver Union Station

The front desk can be found in the Crawford Parlour which is off Great Hall Central, featuring a dedicated lobby space and private elevators for your convenience.

Dining & Shopping: Union Station is home to a number of local restaurants and shops, each offering a unique experience for guests.

Denver Union Station is open 24/7 for the following:

• The Crawford Hotel guests.
• Amtrak passengers & travellers. 

The Great Hall is closed for cleaning everyday from 12:00am to 5:30am

The Crawford Hotel offers valet parking services 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You may drop your vehicle off at our valet stand located at 17th and Wynkoop St.

As a central hub in LoDo (Lower Downtown), Denver Union Station offers incredible access to explore the city. Walking is an excellent and highly recommended option to discover many nearby attractions. Beyond walking, several other convenient transportation methods are readily available:

Public Transit (RTD): Denver Union Station is the primary terminal for RTD (Regional Transportation District) bus and rail services, including Amtrak. This extensive network efficiently connects you to the greater Denver area, Denver International Airport (via the A Line), and beyond.

Rideshare & Taxis: For convenient, direct service, rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) and traditional taxis have dedicated pick-up and drop-off lanes located right in front of Denver Union Station on Wynkoop Street.

Bicycle & Scooter Rentals: Explore Denver at your own pace! Bicycles and motor scooters are easily available for rent throughout the area via popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft.

Rental Cars: If your plans include venturing further outside the city center or you prefer to explore on your own schedule, various rental car companies are available throughout Denver.

Denver Union Station does not have a dedicated parking lot. However, there are several convenient parking options available:

1. Street & Metered Parking

• Available throughout downtown Denver
• Operates on a first-come, first-served basis

2. Valet Parking (via The Crawford Hotel)

• Available 24/7
• Drop-off location: Valet Stand at 17th & Wynkoop St

Personal photography is permitted inside the Great Hall and does not require prior permission from Denver Union Station management.

Filming and commercial/portrait photography in the outdoor Plaza area (Wynkoop Plaza and surrounding space) are managed by the Downtown Denver Partnership and may require a permit.
