AfterWord Residency: Immersive Book Reading with Denver Public Library
When literature meets immersive art, stories unfold in unexpected ways. AfterWord brings together acclaimed author Melissa Broder and interdisciplinary artist Courtney Ozaki-Durgin for a two-part evening across Denver Union Station and Union Hall. Begin with a live conversation exploring Broder’s novel Death Valley, then continue the experience through an immersive performance installation and reception inspired by the book’s surreal emotional landscape. A book signing with Melissa Broder will conclude the evening.
