Fitness on the Plaza

Start your morning with a sense of community and wellness as our Fitness on the Plaza series returns on Saturdays, starting June 3rd! Each session features a local instructor, boutique gym or fitness class, engaging the community to gather, socialize, and prioritize health and wellness before the Farmers Market throughout the Summer season. Fitness categories range from a variety of structured classes with minimal equipment, such as Yoga, Barre, Cycling, Zumba and HIIT.

Each class will be FREE to the community, but space is limited, so please register through each class link to secure your spot. Due to classes being outdoors, in the event of inclement weather (e.g. rain, snow, or hazardous conditions), the class may be canceled with little notice. We will do our best to notify you within 24 hours. For updates in real-time, please follow @denverunionstation on Instagram, and be sure to check the class sign-up link for updates.

Don’t forget to dress in appropriate workout attire, and bring your own yoga mat and bottled water!

Representing ORANGETHEORY FITNESS UNION STATION, Chantelle is the Director of Fitness for the Denver studio groups. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, her energy, excitement and intensity is where she motivates and inspires you to bring out the best version of yourself and  that inner athlete out in you.  Prepare to work, sweat, make some noise and just have the best 45 minute workout to kick off your Saturday morning! V has spent over a decade teaching and falling in love with different modalities of fitness which lead her to create Bodied. Bodied, is a combination of 3 pillars of exercise – cardio, strength training and core stability work. We pull inspiration from different modalities such as step aerobics, pilates and classic weight training. Classes are rhythm based and curated to inspirational and motivational playlists to help get you out of your head and into the moment. We intentionally move together as a team to create and release energy. You’ll leave feeling empowered, capable and completely worked… and craving more!

Brittney started her OTF coaching career just over 2 years ago here in Denver, sprouting a passion for fitness into a rewarding side gig in 2021. As a true retired cheerleader, she brings her motivational spirit mixed with the utmost high energy to every class, guaranteed to push you to your full potential and bring out the rockstar (& maybe even the dancer) in you every single time! She’ll bring the jams & game plan, you bring your beast mode! See you Saturday at 8am for the best 45mins to kick start your weekend!

From being a boxing and Orangetheory Coach, Fran will be your biggest advocate throughout your fitness journey and root for you every step of the way. Her passion for fitness comes from her desire to help others!

Class Description: This class combines cardio dance and high-intensity interval training for the ultimate dance party experience. We welcome all levels and promise you’ll leave sweaty and smiling. Space limited as each participant will be given a pair of DropSound headphones at the event.
BioBLOCK21 Fitness offers cardio dance classes that bridge the gap between working out and having a dance party. Our classes don’t require any previous experience and include all types of people and fitness levels. Our goal is to make you feel good in your body while getting sweaty and shaking your booty for 50-minutes.
