One Table: A Chefs’ Collective Dinner

Join Mercantile on October 25 from 6–9 p.m. for an evening bringing together ten of Colorado’s celebrated chefs for a five-course dinner benefiting OneKitchen Colorado. Enjoy passed appetizers and dishes introduced by the chefs throughout the evening.

Participating chefs include Alex Grenier and Alex Seidel of Mercantile Dining & Provision; Ty Leon of Restaurant Olivia; Paul C. Reilly and Kenny Minton of Coperta; Tim Kukilinski of Bistro Vendôme; Reggie Dotson of Ash’Kara; Jen Jasinski of Rioja; Daniel Asher of Working Title Food Group; and Byron Gomez. Proceeds support OneKitchen Colorado’s work to advance healthy school meals, champion local producers, and strengthen Colorado’s food system.
