Recognized by the MICHELIN Guide in both 2025 and 2026, Mercantile is led by Executive Chef Alex Grenier in collaboration with Founding Chef Alex Seidel.

The restaurant offers lunch with a two-course prix fixe menu and optional wine pairing, alongside à la carte selections. Dinner features seasonal dishes inspired by local growers and artisans. Now, enjoy brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 2 PM. Mercantile welcomes guests for lunch, happy hour, brunch, and dinner throughout the week.
