Olive & Finch is part of a family of eateries and cafés featuring chef-crafted gourmet fare made fast and affordable. Founded in 2013 by Denver chef Mary Nguyen, it offers an approachable mix of familiar favorites and globally influenced flavors. Everything at Olive & Finch is thoughtfully made from scratch with real, whole ingredients.

Occupying a 1,879-square-foot space across from Tattered Cover in Denver Union Station, Olive & Finch serves breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner. The menu features breakfast favorites, shareable starters, soups and salads, sandwiches, dinner favorites, cold-pressed juices, craft coffees, and a selection of wine, beer, and cocktails.

The Denver Union Station location also offers award-winning pastries in a convenient grab-and-go format, along with indoor booths, communal dining spaces, and an expansive patio with umbrella-shaded tables and a fireplace.
